Fulton is the sister town of Rockport. The affect of the wind on the environment is evident when you drive up Fulton Beach to see all the windswept oak trees. Since most of the launches along Fulton Beach are private property this site is a viable alternative. The nearby causeway is the divide between Copano Bay to the north, and Aransas Bay to the south. Usually there are some scattered fisherman casting from these spoil banks. Great for southeast or northeast winds. South winds can generate some chop. Because of the size of this open bay and the swells this site is not recommended for beginners.
